Company ProfileLeonard J. Miller & Associates was formed as a sole proprietorship in 1976 with its office in Towson, Maryland. The firm was incorporated in 1980 and in 1984 moved to its present location in downtown Baltimore. The firm is a boutique specializing in sophisticated auditing, accounting, business consulting and tax services for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and throughout the United States. We pride ourselves in our creativity and our ability to provide proactive advice. Our goal is to identify our clients' needs before they do. Leonard J. Miller & Associates is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants SEC Practice Section of the Division of Firms. The firm voluntarily undergoes a stringent review of our accounting and auditing practices by another CPA firm every three years. This peer review process assures our clients of consistent, quality service. We have received unqualified reviews since entering the peer review porgram, and in our most recent review in December, 2004, we received no letters of comments. The firm's philosophy and culture is such that our clients don't experience a high turnover of the personnel assigned. The staff won't be transferred, the firm won't be merged or sold. In short, our clients have a team that will grow with them and be there for them.

Directions From 695, take 83 south (Jones Falls Expressway) to St. Paul Street exit. Follow St. Paul Street south (one-way), bearing to the left at the park.
